Return Policy

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER
It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from this Website. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

While it is our practice to confirm orders by email, the receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

By placing an order, you authorize Drpawluk.com (Health Energy Partners LLC) to charge the credit card / debit card you provided for your order. If your credit card is declined at the time you place your order, your order will not be accepted and you will be notified that your order payment has failed. Once your payment information is corrected, your order will be placed. If you have received an order without paying for it (e.g. your credit card was cancelled) Drpawluk.com reserves the right to pursue any/all collection efforts allowed under the law.

For orders paid by check, if  your check payment has “bounced” or been declined by our Bank, you are liable for paying the Bank’s “Bounce Fee”, along with your order total before your order will be fulfilled.

RETURN POLICY
To receive a refund on any other product, please first complete the Contact Us Return Request to receive a Return Authorization before mailing your product back to us. Please include your order number in your request. Accordingly, we reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason.

To qualify for a return and receive a refund, your product must have been received within the past 30 days. If approved, please mail your product back to us at:

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment later on, within 3-5 business days. We are not responsible for returned orders that get lost in the mail and a refund can not be completed unless the product is physically in our possession.

RESTOCKING FEES
Items that are returned and accepted are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This applies to all product returns that are accepted. If you have returned the product with out prior authorization and the return is declined for any reason, we will offer to reship the product out to you (at your expense) or discard the product for you. The restocking fee does not apply to shipments that contain incorrect products or are incorrectly packaged. Evidence may be required to verify that a package was improperly packaged or that the wrong products were sent. We reserve the right to apply the restocking fee as we see fit without prior notice required, in accordance with this policy.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Secondly, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
However, if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

EXCHANGES
We don’t offer exchanges. However, if your item qualifies for a return, please follow the instructions above for a return.  Moreover, we may refund your money, and you can reorder – situationally permitting, as we see fit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

US SHIPPING METHODS

  • Continental United States:
    • The shipment carrier is determined at the time of shipping. Your order may be sent via USPS or UPS. This is determined by weight of package and timeframe selected.
  • Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:
    • The shipment carrier is determined at the time of shipping. Your order may be sent via USPS or UPS. This is determined by weight of package and timeframe selected.
 

US SHIPPING TIMES (USPS)
Here are the shipping times after the package has been processed and shipped:

  • Priority Mail (2-7 Business Days)
  • Express Mail (2-5 Business Days)

For APO/FPO addresses, all orders will be shipped via USPS:

  • Priority Mail (2-5 Business Days)
  • Express Mail (2-5 Business Days)

US SHIPPING TIMES (UPS)
Here are the estimated shipping times after the package has been processed and shipped:

  • UPS Ground (3-7 Business Days after processing)
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days after processing)
  • UPS Next Day Air (Next Business day after processing)
We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, excluding holidays).
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIMES
International shipping times going to vary based on the location and distance from the United States. Shipping times will be provided when your tracking information after the purchase has been processed and the label has been purchased.
